The facial was really great and relaxing, only docking 1 star due to the train background noise that could be heard. There was the offer of music but opted not to to avoid any competing noise to really enjoy the otherwise relaxing environment.

Tania provided a wonderful Waxing service. Her environment was clean, calm and friendly. She explained the procedure to me thoroughly beforehand, asked if I had sensitive skin. Wax was not overly hot or sticky and she removed or all hair. Overall the experience was great and aftercare advice provided which was a bonus!
