Anna was professional, attentive and thorough. My first time having any waxing treatment and Anna made sure I was comfortable and went at my pace, whilst be very understanding and encouraging, with a good portion of comedy to relieve some of the anxiety. Overall a great experience, will definitely recommend to others.
