Kiki welcomed me warmly and was running on time. The venue was peaceful, with some relaxing and unobtrusive music playing in the background. Kiki made me feel relaxed with her reassuring, friendly and open manner. She went the extra mile in treating me and making me feel special, especially knowing it was my birthday! The manicure was excellent. All cuticle skin was taken care of properly and carefully removed. The trimming and filing was quick but not rushed - it has clearly become second-nature to Kiki, so she is able to get things done quite quickly, without compromising on the quality. The nail polish was in great condition and went on smoothly and easily. I opted for Shellac at the last minute, which was the same price as the luxury manicure I had paid for. It was perhaps for this reason that I didn't get any lotion massaged in to my hands and fingers before we started the nail painting. I imagine with the luxury manicure this would have been included but that my extra cost went towards the Shellac products instead.
I had a great experience at Kiki's and will definitely be returning!
