I opted to have permanent eyebrows. This was my first experience of using a professional makeup service, I was a little apprehensive at first but Kim was so reassuring and explained the procedure clearly. Kim showed how the final result would look and I could comment/change if I wished. I experienced minimal discomfort, in fact was worried I might fall asleep! The whole experience was smooth, Kim constantly reaffirmed I was okay and made me feel relaxed. Kim gave me the perfect advice for the treatment which would most suit me - wow what a surprise, why did I wait so long and now I am considering what else Kim can do for me. I feel refreshed, confident. Thank you Kim
