Kim has been my beauty therapist for about 5 years now and she has always given me the best service I have ever had. She consistently meets her high standards and always goes above and beyond what I expect, with her lovely warm and open attitude. She is also extremely knowledgeable, I have never been disappointed with the treatments that she has given me and I continue be delighted with the results! In my opinion, Kim is by far the best beauty therapist I have had through my years of visiting salons (over 25 years!). I can't recommend her enough.
Treatment by Kim Balaskas
An excellent treatment as usual by Tanya, she is knowledgeable and explained the treatment in advance as I'd not had the Environ facial before and it's a bit different from a standard facial. The treatment rooms are nicely decorated and quiet so you can really relax, and it was a nice firm massage as requested, to get out the knots from my back! I always have a great treatment here and will be back again soon!
