I went from no eyebrows to eyebrows in one full swoop as they thinned from teenage overplucking so I was over the moon to see eyebrows on my face!!! Kim was professional, caring and very thorough. She discussed every part of the process to me before she began followed by an information sheet and explanation for after care. Kim is amazing. Always makes you feel pampered and relaxed. I cant recommend her enough. Am sending my friends and family to her. 20 stars to Kim
