Really happy with the treatments - the eyebrows came out a bit dark but that's a common problem for me and to be honest now that I'm used to them, I really like them. Friendly, professional and enjoyable treatment.
The result looked tidy and thorough. Beautician was polite and friendly. The waxing experience felt slightly more painful than waxes I have had elsewhere. Lighting was fairly bright and not too relaxing for such an intimate wax. More ingrown hairs than usual in the weeks after too and I ended up with a few spots immediately after too!
Great salon, great beautician who always uses quality products.. I had a hot bikini wax which was well done, will definitely be returning!

She was nice and friendly enough, the waxing didn't hurt as much as I know it can do, so that's a good thing, although certain things I expected from other waxing experiences I'd had before I had to request (I mean, she did do it, but I was just used to these 'extras' as standard service, for example doing the back). It was overall a positive experience and I left happy enough. I would recommend and return.
