Very friendly greeting. Had my coat taken then straight to the backwash. After my shampoo I was taken to Kim’s station and offered tea/coffee. Kim discussed how I wanted my hair blow drying and proceeded to add any products that she thought would help to keep my style in place.
I was delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Kim at HRH
