Always greeted with a smile, can’t add my treatment plus white tip together on Treatwell though so maybe this could be a full option

I had visited the salon before and had a very good experience, however unfortunately I did not experience this, 2nd time round. The lady doing my nails was quite rude and I wasn’t very pleased with the end product, with my nails being made far general shorter than I wanted and little cuticle and nail care. I was also cut with the nail tool. It’s a shame as I don’t think this is a reflection of all members of staff.
