I had a good experience overall — the nail techs were friendly and did a great job with my nails. However, I think the salon could improve its scheduling system. Even with an appointment, I had to wait quite a while to be seen, which was frustrating.

Therapist was rude. She kept telling me to stop moving and to not clean my hands. She wouldn’t talk but just slap me on the hand when she was done. She told me off multiple times whilst I was doing nothing wrong, felt like a scolding. It was not a relaxing experience and I will never return.
It was embarrassing to be told off so many times and all I was doing was just nodding and trying to remain calm when she was so out of line.
