The lady who did my nails is obviously inexperienced as she seemed to keep asking another staff where things are and if what she did was right. She also cut one of my cuticles too deep which made it bleed. When she finished the surface of several nails were uneven and/or had bubbles in them, and another experienced staff had to take over to fix those. It seems the quality really depends on the staff.
