They were thirty minutes late to starting my appointment and it was not with Kim as I had booked but with another person. For both the manicure and pedicure, they reused a buffer on my nails which made me question the cleanliness of all the tools they used. Lastly the person doing the manicure decided to trim his own finger nails in front of me prior to starting my manicure. It did not feel professional or sanitary. I am unlikely to return there.

Each time I go there I’m being treating very well. Excellent customer service and nails stays long and don’t break as they put some treatment as well . It’s really nice .
Gel Nails Manicure
I only discovered Kim’s recently - been twice now and I’d never go anywhere else. I get a full set of acrylic nails - great communication and execution, as well as being speedy. Big thumbs up
