The therapist suddenly disappeared after receiving cash from me in the middle of my treatment. She even did not tell me when my treatment would complete, so I got confused by just waiting for my therapist’s return.
Even other therapists did not say anything to me although some of them realised that I had been left alone with a manicure dryer for over 30minutes. Not good customer service. Will never use the service again.

Got some gorgeous gel nails done here! Been coming to Kim’s nails for the last few months and my natural nails have never been stronger or longer! My friends literally don’t believe it when I don’t tell they’re not acrylics.
