I called the day before to ask whether the removal of old shellac was included in the £35 “shellac-nail polish” service and after being told it was, I said I was going to book online. On the day, AFTER the work was done (so old shellac being removed and new one was put on) i am told that i have to pay extra £5 for removal. Turns out that you have to pay the extra if you booked online (something i was not made aware of in the call and neither before the session). Very unprofessional.

I thought it wasn’t up to previous sessions Over far quicker And was surprised that Kim didn’t know my name even though I had booked the day before and have been a number of times
