I arrived for my treatment after paying through Treatwell but they had no record of the appointment and asked me to come back next day. The treatment was good,but transparency with pricing was not, during my second visit the price more than doubled but I wasn’t told until after and they were a little defensive about it when I questioned it, which made me feel uncomfortable. For the price paid I could have gone to a more professional environment I felt.

Although I made an appointment, the masseuse turned me away once I was there. She said something about me not paying in advance, even though I had my credit card on me in the store and would have happily paid. She said she had no time. I followed up via email to understand what happened and got no response. As a father of three young children who needed treatment for lower back pain, I have no time for this.
