There was a mix up with my appointment as I had booked in for 10.30 (with a confirmation email) but treatwell had shown it as 9am on the salon's system. The owner was lovely and worked to resolve this issue. Very fast and friendly service. I will be back again but will probably go direct when booking to avoid the hassle.
