Kinga was great - very welcoming, asked a lot of questions and gave great advise for my skincare routine without trying to sell you anything. She was very easy to talk to. Great treatment as well, I had the deep clean facial and was surprised by the amount of 'gadgets' used - really great!

I booked in with Kinga because of the good reviews but I had an awful experience. She started the facial straight away with extractions, I asked her if she used steam and she proceeded to ask me why I am questioning her and told me to get out. She was extremely rude and unprofessional simply because I asked a question. As she was telling me to get out of her salon she said she doesn't deal with "people like me" only professionals that can pay. Very shocking and upsetting experience.
