The treatment room is very small and the massage table quite flimsy - the hole where your face goes is extremely uncomfortable and left a mark on my face for a couple of hours after the treatment - this has never happened before and I have had many massages over the years. The treatment itself was good though, Kinga definitely knows her stuff. A better massage table would make the overall experience much better.

I would have given 5 stars but the pre-appointment service was poor and my facial started half an hour late without anyone saying anything to me. No one at reception or in the hair salon you wait in, so was just left alone quite confused what was going on.
