Even though I booked a day in advance with Treatwell, I turned up to the venue and the receptionist had no idea who I was, and informed me the nail technician was due in today but had not turned up. The receptionist of the salon was very helpful, but suggested I go elsewhere as they were not able to get in touch with my technician. Super disappointing and won’t be booking with this provider again. :(

The therapist was nice but the venue was really not clean. The equipment was not sterilised and my finger, where she nipped it, has become swollen and sore. Manicure and pedicure were neat but manicure chipped irredeemably within 48hrs.

I found a little gem in Earlsfield my nails are beautiful
In fill and shellac. Only problem had to wait even though I was on time
