The staff were really nice and friendly, and the treatment was really relaxing and enjoyable, but I feel the final result wasn’t as good as I was hoping for, my nails are a bit uneven and cut a bit too short (but I guess that’s personal preference). Also they only take cash so I had to use a cash point outside the shop that charged.

Staff were friendly enough and my nails look good, however, I did get nicked and cut a few times during filing etc. I know mistakes happen, but it was more than just once or twice.
