Sadly had a terrible experience today. The technician was not able to do what I booked. The wrong colour gel was applied to my toes (unfortunately only realised afterwards), it looks terrible and very unprofessionally done. My nails are a disaster. Very sloppy. Looks TERRIBLE & I will have to get it redone somewhere else. I feel very done in to have had to pay for this. It genuinely looks incredibly bad, I am ashamed to let anyone see it

Once I got there I had to wait a while for someone to come upstairs but when they did they where super nice even complimented me abit and my nails came out lovely

Got a shellac spa pedicure. The positioning of my feet that the technician wanted was uncomfortable and despite me pointing this out it did not change the entire time. The colour selection was not great for neutrals (whites, beige, etc.) and there must have been something wrong with the polish or technique as the dried shellac fell off one toe while at the salon and then off a different toe by the time I got home.
