Asked for a refund as my nails are WONKY and the nail art I paid for could not be fulfilled then got asked to return two days later to sort the situation out and the manager was not there so more wasted money and time travelling two and from. won’t refund my money... I’ve only had positive experiences here but if I’m requesting someone to do my nails I’d at least appreciate a heads up that someone else would do it. You don’t treat customers like this when you can resolve in private and avoid bad reviews.
Booked an appt and showed up and someone else had taken my appt. Only one person was worked so I was a told to either wait for 30 minutes or essentially leave. I left and 10 minutes later I got a call telling me that they had another girl coming in 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes no girl came and I left and asked for a refund. Did not end up getting my nails done and will not be going back.
I had my nails done here and it was a stressful experience. A young man did them and not only did he take a very long time, he kept smudging the SNS powder when filing and had to redo one nail, he had to call a colleague halfway through to ask a question about what he was doing (i think?!). The nail colour that came out with the powder I’d chosen was completely different to the colour I’d picked. He did apologise a lot throughout, however. It was not cheap and I wish I had asked for a refund.
