It was clearly a bad day at Kingdom of Colour when I visited. They were extremely short staffed + not coping or communicating with customers. I was able to book a treatment online for in 15 mins time, but ended up waiting 1 hour + 5 mins until I was seen (with no-one talking to me the whole time). I asked for +was given a £5 discount which I accepted as was so over it at that point but I can't help but feel that a bigger discount would have been fair for such a long wait + lack of communication

The manicure and pedicure was well done. The guy who did it was professional and friendly, the only bad thing is that the local wasn’t very clean at all.
