First guy completely screwed up the shape of my nails and a different guy had to come in to safe them and even had to completely cut off one nail because it was so bad. But still, not the shape I was looking for and I even showed them photos of what I wanted.

Did really understand what nail shape I wanted and I left pretty disappointed. Had to give a lot of direction and wasn’t really a very relaxing or enjoyable experience. Kids tv was also on in the back ground... Nice technician but generally a bit of a rubbish experience.
