I decided to give it a go as I’ve been here before, well it’s now made up my mind I won’t be coming back... firstly the women I spoke to was very abrupt she ask where I’d had my nails done before and then 10 mins in to having nails done she told me I needed to pay £5 to have a the last gel paint taken off... then they took me down stairs where it was ok slightly grotty with boxes everywhere, couldn’t hear myself think with two lots of music playing very loudly... came out with a headache, 2 hours after my nails have chipped and colour looks watery will be heading back to my usual place this week to get them dealt with by professionals where I won’t have to pay to have colour taken off... hugely disappointing I could have been a good customer as I have my feet and hands done every 2 weeks.....

The place is clean, the staff are lovely and friendly. My nails were done very well and look beautiful!!

Super convenient being able to get a lunch time appointment. Nice and stylish decor and furnishings. Pleasant conversation with the member of staff who gave me my pedicure. My pedicure overran but probably due to my own lack of foot care! It had been a while! Will definitely be returning! Only downside - poor signal, wish I’d asked for the WiFi!!
