Second visit and yet again very happy with my nails! Only thing I would suggest is offering customers a drink. Especially when it’s so cold

It was disappointing waiting 30 minutes after appointment time to be seen however I understand at times this will happen in every nail salon. My partner wasn’t happy with his mani and pedi as he said it felt rushed and was not to his expectations. My shellac acrylic was fine however one nail in particular stands out with messy polish not in line correctly to my finger and unsmooth finish on another. My first visit there was fine but my second being this time was not so good. I won’t be returning unfortunately due to this.
