I took appointment for nail polish remover and extensions at 11.The guy who was making my treatment was not the one I booked for and he was making the nails to another girl.He kept rushing to do my nails and the other girl’s nails, and at 12 I still had my hands in the water with the nail polish remover!I booked at 11 for a reason!!I had to go to job so couldn’t get the extensions as well. Of course I haven’t been given any refund. Treatment painful and lack of cleanliness as well.Disappointed
