When I arrived I was told due to an emergency my appointment couldn't be fulfilled. The girl working apologised but said she didn't know about my appointment as she doesn't look after the diary. Shame as for a new business I would expect more to be done in order to keep customers. I understand that these things happen but a quick look in the diary and a phone call would have changed everything.
