Overall the nails didn’t come out too bad. I expected worse. Staff member was on FaceTime whilst doing my nails and colleague was behind me on her phone. Rubbish bags and mess everywhere. I would say unless you are desperate, like I was, then find somewhere else. There was no customer service. I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times and I felt like a tip was expected at the end, which I would usually give for service. But FaceTime, taking calls and texting whilst doing my nails is unacceptable. I was close to asking for certificates for evidence that they didn’t just learn on YouTube.
