Fantastic massage. I told Hilary a little about my lifestyle (toddler to look after and a desk job) and she knew exactly which areas to focus on to start fixing the underlying problems. I came out feeling a lot looser and could see and feel a difference in my posture already. Definitely coming back in future :)
