I rate a big fat ZERO in reality! Had to press a star just to explain how rubbish this non service was. I never got to visit the boutique as according to the girl who called me half an hour before my appointment the treatwell site and the salon don't sync so they were fully booked and cancelling on me. Not impressed at all. Waste of my time and money as I was already on route. Glad I didn't pay upfront. I then went somewhere else, spent £45 on a cut and colour instead of the overpriced £60 for a colour that a cut, wash and blow dry that would of cost more about another £60. Disgusting!
Hair Colouring
It took me a while to find it as I came in from Dereham on the bus; For me,the music was a bit too loud; I had booked a colour line, & payed with a voucher & cash. I got a confirmation back so thought all was correct. But when all was finished I was told I owed £15. which I didn't expect, and was quite embarrassed about. I now think that £ 65 for a colour & blow dry is very expensive , with no leeway for PENSIONERS. I didn't even have it cut. so god knows how much that would have cost!!!! 👹
Hair Colouring
Great stylist, she really listened to what I wanted and understood my hair type. Also gave me good advice and explained what she was doing throughout.
