I rate a big fat ZERO in reality! Had to press a star just to explain how rubbish this non service was. I never got to visit the boutique as according to the girl who called me half an hour before my appointment the treatwell site and the salon don't sync so they were fully booked and cancelling on me. Not impressed at all. Waste of my time and money as I was already on route. Glad I didn't pay upfront. I then went somewhere else, spent £45 on a cut and colour instead of the overpriced £60 for a colour that a cut, wash and blow dry that would of cost more about another £60. Disgusting!
