I've been to Kinki's a few times now and I've never been disappointed. I have curly dark hair and, while I'm quite opened about my hair, I don't normally know exactly what I want. That's why I need someone who can't only cut hair well but knows what would suit me best. Jason is brilliant and I always come out feeling great and get lots of compliments from family and friends. This last time I've also tried some balayage, which was done by Massimo and I was also very pleased. Highly recommended salon!
The conditioning treatment made my hair super soft, and smelled amazing. I just got a trim, but the hairdresser was efficient and friendly, and it looked great afterwards, especially after having been blow dried.
The salon played incredibly loud music, which made the experience slightly more stressful than it needed to have been. I suspect the client base is possibly younger than myself, and probably includes those less hungover and more appreciative of almost nightclub level music. That said, the salon was clean and the staff were friendly.
There was some confusion as to whether I'd paid or not via the app (I had). This was resolved fairly quickly though.

I had my hair cut and arranged by Greg today and I was absolutely happy with the result! I have to mention that my hair is quite long and wavy, therefore I can rarely find a hairstylist who knows exactly how to arrange it. Overall, I am a picky client when it comes to my hair but Greg gave me that gorgeous haircut that I dreamed about, without affecting the length of my hair.
Was very pleased with my haircut and complimentary head message. Friendly, fun hairdressers!
