I left the salon in tears. I was not listened to, i was left waiting as he was running late, he ate his lunch, took personal calls and just hacked my hair. I have had to have it cut elsewhere into a very short style (not what i wanted) to correct his cut. He simply didn't want to listen to what i wanted, didn't consult, just cut and carried on until i looked an absolute mess. On another note, no staff were wearing masks for COVID.
