Staff seemed friendly enough, however the wax was really bad. I have had a Brazilian a few times (so not my first rodeo) and it has never been so painful. I also came up in lots of little white spots after and not all of the hairs were gone. A week later and things are only just settling, when usually it would take a 24 hours max! There was no after care advice provided.
