Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. Not clean - used the same pair of dirty gloves used on the previous customer.
Wrong wax/wrong shape even though I informed her of what I wanted prior to starting the treatment. Paid for the pricier wax and got the cheaper one (strip). The wax was not thorough. Gave 2 * because Kiran seemed nice, just failed to do what I paid for/wanted.
