The beauty room is very small and dated.
I’d booked a hot wax but received a mixture of hot and strip wax. I’ve not had strip wax previously and can only assume this is responsible for the spotty rash I had in areas in the days that followed.
The wax itself was among the more painful I’ve received over the years, but was also among the quickest.
The therapist made me feel comfortable- she was chatty and friendly.
Overall the experience was “fine” but I won’t visit again.
