I booked over 4 hours before my treatment. They took walk-ins and never checked these bookings all day, so I was taken very late and begrudgingly as if this was my fault that they were busy and mismanaged the schedule. Very poor customer service that could have easily been fixed by acknowledging and apologising instead of trying to make my pre-paid advanced booking seem like my fault. Shaking my head.

Really nice lady who did my leg wax. Was very quick. Not much of an ambience there but good for what you need
