The room is tiny. There was a very strong smell of serious body odour upon arrival and I was the first customer of the day, so why? The treatment bed was so flimsy and rickety, I genuinely feared its collapse for the entirety of my treatment. The place I usually attend was full, my usual beautician is quite fastidious about cleanliness. Not here. Equipment is grubby. A shame, because the beautician was alright. Brilliant job on eyebrows!

It was a pleasant experience of my first eyebrow threading and the staff were nice and friendly. However some of it was quite painful: think I will go there again for my next treatment

I actually think this is one of the best bikini waxes I've ever had - not painful at all and I was totally hair free for nearly 2 weeks! Lovely staff as well. Will definitely go back.
