The staff are all welcoming, friendly and polite. The stylist Mel seemed really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about different hair styles, which helped us decided on the perfect cut for my hair. I also got my brows done by Farrah, who always does a great job. All staff in the salon kept asking if there was anything they could get me like drinks etc. It was was a warm, chatty environment. The salon is super clean, modern and in a beautiful location. I've had my hair cut numerous times all by different stylists, and each have done an amazing job. Never dissapointed!

Waxing was good, and fast. Also £2 discount was nice (probably being first customer);
You should provide a hook in the room to hang the clothes; and also I shouldn't ask to have my trousers covered to avoid them to get dirty; in my opinion this should be done automatically
