I was in a lot of pain as my shoulders were very tense. Anne’s treatment was super thorough, concentrating on the areas that were causing pain but also checking my alignment which could exacerbate the issue. She really knows where to target and also provided me with helpful advice to help with my posture. I will definitely be back! Thank you Anne!
