I always love visiting Kirsty and letting her work her magic! She is so professional at her job and talks you through everything so you understand completely what she is doing and making sure you get the results you desire! She is confident, lovely, approachable and respectful who always makes me feel welcomed from the minute I step through the door and the minute I leave the shop. I was looking for someone that can pamper me from top to toes. Kirsty was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that all treatments were on time but it didn't feel rushed.
