Kate was very friendly and easy to talk to (always helps when someone is rooting around your private parts). Wax was much less painful than some I've had. Overall very happy and will definitely go back!

very relaxing Kate was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable told me what to expect as I have not had hopi ear treatment before, massage just fully relaxed me.
