Therapist was very rough. Obviously hurt me on one finger and kept repeating it. It just isn’t clean. they are reusing the same implements - can’t see they are cleaned between clients at all. I had gel done on hands & feet & one of the toe nails peeled off that night! I went back the next day for them to fix it & instead of an apology I got “it mustn’t have been dry”. Also tried to charge me £26 for removal - outrageous. Across the road is a couple of pounds more expensive, but far better.
