Staff were not welcoming and the one who do tge facial doesnt speak english. Though she did the facial well in fairness.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. My appointment was cancelled 4h before my visit, leaving me without any chance of getting appointment anywhere else.

Not much I can say, I arrived and was told the hairdresser wasn’t going to be there that day, they didn’t cancel the appointment beforehand so I was already there, so not a great experience this time unfortunately.
Ladies' Haircuts
Unfortunately I had to rather 1 stars cause I went to the saloon and no one show up to make my waxing. They should advise me at least 24h before my appointment as I booked 3 days in advance.
Really disappointed !!
