Staff did seem confused at first; I'm not sure if they knew that I had booked an appointment? However, the lady was kind and did my makeup as I wanted! Please don't be put off by the staff speaking their own language; their treatment was good and the atmosphere was friendly!

Probably one of the worst and lengthiest waxes I have had. I ended with bruised skin due to the number of times she went over the same patches to get all the hair as she didn’t let the wax fool down enough, I had to point out several times that hair was still left and the regrowth has been really quick. Will not be going back.
