I've had Claudia before and she was amazing but the hair dresser this time was less friendly.
Ladies' Haircuts
Hair cut and highlights were great and so was the massage. However I had agreed to one treatment for my hair, but wasn't told they ended up using two so I had to pay double without being informed. The lady who cut my hair also asked if I wanted my hair dried and if I wanted a little bit cut off, not telling me these would be extra costs or I would have said no, so what should have been £85 actually came to £120.
