The nail technician cut my cuticles (not recommended by anyone in the industry) with scissors and then my thumb started to bleed. She painted the other nails quite quickly, not waiting for any of the coats to dry before applying another. I then had my hair washed and blow dried and she did not ask how I wanted it finished so it was not bouncy at all and was quite flat. I have a strong cowlick and I would have said (had I been consulted) that it looks awful if my hair is lifted at the front but that is exactly what she did. So it was flat everywhere apart from the front which was lifted away from my face in an unflattering way. She then went back to paint my thumb nail but it was still bleeding. She painted it anyway and the blood ran into the nail bed and ruined the overall manicure. I would definitely not go back or recommend this salon to anyone.
