I had a simple haircut here. My appointment started 15 minutes late with no apology. The staff were quite friendly but spoke very little English so it was very difficult to explain what I wanted. The hairdresser tried her best though and kept checking with me using gestures, which I appreciated. I got the best blow dry I've ever had, and my hair is tricky to blow dry! My hair was also conditioned and pretreated before the blow dry which not all hairdressers do as part of the service these days.
I think if you speak Romanian (I think that was the language of staff) you'd have a much better experience.

Great beauty experience; the staff we extremely professional and friendly. The venue has a nice atmosphere and is very clean. I shall be returning.

Exactly what I wanted - perfectly dyed hair, the right shade and a lovely blow dry at a great value price. I also had an eyebrow wax which was just perfect. I will definitely be going back!
