Great customer service, very clean and staff were very helpful the machine stoped working at my mistake of no closing the door and the staff straight away offered me extra time. Great service

They had me booked in for the wrong day, the day after I was actually booked in. But it was fine. Iulia did my massage. But it was quite cold in the room, though they had a heated massage bed which did help. Poor Iulia had a horrid cold so shouldn't have had to work with her cough and lack of sleep. A blanket would have been useful in there to keep me cosy. My actual massage was good, nice and deep, but I wouldn't go back to the spa.

Iulia is excellent at giving massages. The firmness is just right and I always leave feeling relaxed and tension free. The salon is clean and pleasant.

I booked a full leg wax. The beautician who did the wax was very good! Super fast and professional, so fast it made the pain minimal. Would highly reccomend! It says it would take 30min but it could take 20min 😊 thanks klaud day spa, see you soon.
