Absolutely beautiful nails. Look and feel better now than first week. They were filed a bit too far down the sides which looks good but really hurt for a week. Everything I touched. However,very beautifully done and lasting really well. I will go back as soon as they need doing again. Recommend.

I went to this salon a couple of weeks ago for a full leg and left very impressed. So I thought I would go back for a hollywood wax...
Sadly I wasn't overly impressed, I don't think the girl doing the wax was overly experienced. I am used to getting this kind of wax but this one was really quite painful and I was left with wax still on that I had to remove myself. It's a shame, not what you expect for £25.

Very fussy about my blow-dries so the 'ok' rating is not to be taken too harshly. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful and salon looks very clean and welcoming. Didn't try the other spa facilities which is why I can't really comment on those but overall a good experience for what I needed.

Well , the place was empty when I entered . All members of staff spoke their own language , unfortunately I couldn't understand . That made me feel uneasy straight away . Then after washing my hair group of loud guys entered , speaking same language as staff at the place , and they continued the conversation . I really was hoping to get out of there as soon as possible .
I didn't feel nice there , they didn't make me feel welcome , no conversation , no drink offered .
On blow dry itself .... I think it was okay I guess . Nothing to WOW about . Defo worth the money I guess .

This is my second massage at Klaudd Spa. The second one was as good as the first one. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and came in with a headache but left very relaxed without the tension. The pressure was firm, just how I like it. Thoroughly recommend it. I will be returning.
