Visited for a wash cut and blowdry with Claudia. Spa was very quiet as end of the day so ambience was lovely. Place was clean tidy and professional looking. I arrived 15 minutes late because I took a ridiculous route but was still greeted warmly and made to feel unhurried. Claudia was friendly and professional, giving me an accurate and well-finished cut based on a photo I brought. Was very happy with the result. For the price it was an excellent experience. Will definitely visit again.

The guys from Klaudd were super nice as always- I made a booking mistake and they solved the problem and made a quick and great job as usual.

Nice spa lots of amenities. If you are looking for very strong hands then this is the place for you. Unfortunately I found it a bit too painful and even after mentioning a few times he still continued to strong so it was not enjoyable at all for me, and i have a few bruises on my legs. I wish i could bare the pain and have another massage,but i really cannot go through that again. I do however think his technique was good, and after a few treatments you may start to see results.

I recently went in for a Brazilian wax
I was quite nervous. The manager showed me round for me to get a feel of the place. Really nice facilities. Relaxing
You could tell whoever invested the money into the business was a good person. Anyway about the treatment. So I go in to the room for my wax. Take off my bottom half and get onto the bed. Ok. Now this is where everything begin. I could see a bottle of baby powder on the shelf which I've seen professionals on YouTube use to get rid of excess moisture and what not. But that wasn't even used. As soon as I put my legs into the position she just put the wax on straight away. My skin was not held up as most waxers would do to decrease the level of discomfort, also after removing the wax the affected area was not pushed down to soothe the stinging
The WORST thing is she DOUBLE DIPPED, which can lead to infections and so on
Only using the same stick for the whole procedure. Which was so shocking for me because I would of thought that would of been the #1 rule of things to NOT do especially when running a business with a wide range of people coming due to the cheap deal on offer by groupon.
Even when she was finished. No after care was given about dos and don'ts
I quizzed her about her experience and she hadn't been given the right training about waxing just shown the basics when she had started working there. Which was very shocking.
Although the offer was £10 customers shouldn't be given £10 worth of service. If you're going to promote your business via Groupon please ensure you have everything in tip top shape, it's as if they gave off a feel of incompetency , which they shouldn't because they never know who will turn up to review them !!
The manager was nice. But that's all well and good if that's what I came in there for, a chat which I didn't.
I doubt I'd recommend anyone to do a wax there. Just for their own safety really. Especially if you're prone to infections. That double dipping nonsense will definitely increase the chance of getting one.
